About
ACLASS Our strategy is to treat the customer as a partner
while maintaining the integrity of the standard. ACLASS helps not only our
customers, but our customers' customer recognize the value and importance of ISO
accreditation. We help our customers enhance their business and technical
performance by citing opportunities for improvement during our assessments,
while ensuring the competence of testing and calibration laboratories meet the
requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, inspection bodies meet the requirements of
ISO/IEC 17020 and reference material producers meet the requirements of ISO
Guide 34. ACLASS assessors understand and practice a congenial approach to
assessments and are technically competent. Coupled with ACLASS' competent
assessors, our strong customer service and experience make ACLASS the number one
choice for ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020 and RMP accreditation. ACLASS works
together with our customers to build technical competence and quality management
assurance in the industry. ACLASS customers learn from each assessment areas
where they may want to focus their technical competence and/or quality efforts.
Whether it is in staff training, measurement uncertainty, documentation,
customer satisfaction or feedback, our customers continually improve upon their
management and technical system as a result of each ACLASS assessment. ACLASS
accreditation gives our customers the tools to explain the value and benefits of
ISO accreditation to their customers. Moreover, ACLASS accreditation allows our
customers to mature their thinking of accreditation and continually use
accreditation as a training tool and confidence builder for both their technical
and quality management systems.
