Our
strategy is to treat the customer as a partner while maintaining the integrity
of the standard. ACLASS helps not only our customers, but our customers'
customer recognize the value and importance of laboratory accreditation. We help our customers enhance their
business and technical performance by citing opportunities for improvement
during our assessments. ACLASS assessors practice and maintain a congenial
approach while conducting assessments.
Our assessors undergo a rigorous selection process with the focus on
technical background and ability.
Additionally, we require that each assessor have effective communication
skills that embrace our unique approach to customer service. Our competent assessors, strong customer
service, and industry experience make ACLASS the best choice for
accreditation.
ACLASS and
its customers work together to build technical competence and quality assurance
in the industry. Whether it is in staff training, documentation, analytical
results or customer satisfaction, our customers gain knowledge as a result of
each visit by ACLASS. Our customers
mature their thinking of accreditation and continually use it as a training tool
and confidence builder for their quality and technical management systems.
