ACLASS Gains TNI NEFAP Recognition
ACLASS has been granted preliminary TNI NEFAP recognition
to perform accreditation of Field Sampling and Measurement
Organizations (FSMOs) for sampling and testing as defined in the
TNI FSMO Standards Volumes 1 and 2.
A TNI National Environmental Field Activities Program
(NEFAP) evaluator conducted an off-site document review prior to
notifying ACLASS of its preliminary recognition. This review was to
verify that ACALSS has a management system in place that meets the
requirement of TNI FSMO Volume 2. The next step in the evaluation
process is an onsite technical witnessing of ACLASS's FSMO
activities.
FSMOs interested in accreditation to the TNI standard are
invited to download NEFAP FSMO accreditation
requirements and submit an application to ACLASS. For more
