Input Invited to ANAB-IAAR Survey
The ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board's ANAB brand (for
accreditation of management systems certification bodies) has
partnered with the Independent Association of Accredited Registrars
(IAAR) to launch an all stakeholder survey for the management
systems conformity assessment industry.
The objective of this survey is to gain feedback on accredited
third-party management systems conformity assessment from all
stakeholders for knowledge and improvement. Respondent categories
include accreditation bodies, certification bodies, certified
companies, regulatory bodies, trade associations, certified company
customers, and consumers of certified companies' products. Areas of
inquiry include ISO, IAF, accreditation bodies (including
assessors), certification bodies (including auditors), certified
companies, training providers, and consultants.
The survey will enable ANAB and IAAR members to gain opinions on
accredited third-party certification and to provide data to
different parties for knowledge and continual improvement.
The survey will be live for an extended period of time. After a
substantial quantity of results is obtained, ANAB and IAAR will
evaluate whether to extend the survey further.
