ANSI Accreditation Workshops

Personnel Certification Accreditation Workshop
Two-day workshop to introduce attendees to ANSI/ISO/IEC 17024, General requirements for bodies operating certification schemes for persons. Discussions focus on building an understanding of requirements and benefits, and why the standard has become the benchmark for personnel certification. Geared toward representatives of corporations, organizations, government agencies, and others who operate personnel certification programs or wish to learn more about the ANSI accreditation process. Held at ANSI in Washington, DC.

Certificate Issuers' Accreditation Workshop
Two-day workshop introduces ASTM E2659-09, Standard Practice for Certificate Programs, and ANSI's Certificate Accreditation Program. Attendees will learn about requirements for developing a quality education/training course with an assessment at the end to determine if the learning outcomes have been achieved. The workshop covers terminology, significance and use of the standard, requirements for certificate issuers, and certificate program and certificate issuance and use. Of interest to corporations, organizations, government agencies, and others that are issuing certificate" based on a training or education course(s), and stakeholders (such as HR directors) who are accepting individuals with certificates into their organizations. Held at ANSI in Washington, DC.
